  • Rachael Crowther CPA

    DIRECTOR & ACCOUNTANT

    Founder of Mintco Business Solutions, Rachael has a wealth of knowledge in many different areas of the business and accounting world. Rachael began working for a local building business in 2010 completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. She then went on to complete her Diploma of Accounting , Advanced Diploma of Accounting, Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and how now complete her CPA studies. With over 12 years experience, Rachael is able to work with the more established businesses as well as help young business get up and running. Rachael is also a registered Tax Agent as well as a certified Xero Advisor.

    Things outside of business, Rachael is a mum to Connor & Milla. She is passionate about self development and is always striving to inspire the people around her.

  • Emily Irvine

    SENIOR BOOKKEEPER & CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR

    Emily is a skilled bookkeeper from Yarrawonga. She is currently studying her Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and is very determined to become the best bookkeeper she can be.

    Her clients love her attention to detail and her dedication to their businesses. Emily is passionate about her career and is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge and skills. She is excited for the career opportunities that lie ahead of her and is committed to seeing them through.

    In her spare time, Emily loves to go camping with her friends and family as well as crocheting. Emily has an exciting career ahead of her and with her determination and enthusiasm, there is no doubt that she will reach her goals. We absolutely love having Emily in our team.

  • Tracey Fothergill

    SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

    Tracey began with Mintco Business Solutions in July 2020 working part-time and brings an abundance of knowledge and insights into many aspects of business and life. Coming from parents who were earthmovers in outback Australia and family who owned stations in the NT she has experienced living and working remotely, but more recently spent 19 years shift working at Kraft/Bega, her wisdom and accomplishments are inspiring.

    Tracey is currently the president of the Shepparton Greyhound Racing Club and was awarded with the GRV Board Leadership Award in 2019.

    Outside of work Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren and is an amazing gardener!

  • Hannah Notley

    SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

    Hannah began working with the business when it was known as North East Bookkeeping and is now an outstanding asset to Mintco Business Solutions. Her warm and friendly nature is the reason why so many clients adore her. Hannah has excellent knowledge in Xero and is a very quick learner.

    Things outside of work, Hannah enjoys going to the river and socialising with her family and dogs.

    Out of the office, Kellie is a mum to Murphy and enjoys spending time with her friends & family.
